So the whole internet seems to be blowing up with the Golden Globes right now, so naturally I've tagged along.
There were some real fashion 'hots' and some fashion 'nots' and the same with the make up. These four gorgeous ladies are my top beauty looks from the night; they all absolutely nailed it.
Emilia Clarke: This look is so soft, one of the best 'no make-up, make-up' looks that I've seen in a long time and this look was super popular last night. She's so beautiful and from shoulders up she could easily just be running some errands on a Sunday morning, it's so effortless but holy mother I'm having some serious brow envy right now!
Kerry Washington: Now I know you hear people banging on about 'the pregnancy glow', but this my dears is expertly applied make up. I love a good nude lip/smokey eye combo and oh lordy this is a good'un. The smokey eyes and fluffy lashes look was everywhere on the red carpet and the beautiful lashes and inner corner highlight make this look a winner...as does the flawless complexion. Oh and the gloriously glossy locks of course.
Rashida Jones: I think this look may just be my number one from last night. From the chic but messy top knot to the winged liner and dark red lips, I love it all. Red lips were huge at the event ranging from bright tomato tones to these blood red hues this trend just never goes out of style. Rashida's radiant complexion is amazing and my oh my, those freckles eh?! (I hope that's not just my dirty computer screen...that would be embarrassing)
Reese Witherspoon: Does this lady ever get it wrong (aside from the arresting debacle of 2013), everything about this look is perfection. The bronze hued shadow is perfect for her blue eyes and works so well with (again) the nude lip and cool coral blush. The hair is nothing special, but hey if it aint broke...?
