Well how did this happen eh? How is it 2014 already, it's insanity. I believe I must have blinked and missed 2013 because I have no idea what I did for 365 days. So this year I intend to make the most of every single day - apart from Sunday's because who does anything on a Sunday? - and make sure that by next January 1st I have something to show for said 365 days.
This year will be a time of firsts:
- First blog post - may I extend a hearty hello and a warm welcome dear reader.
- First day of being a real adult - which I believe comes on that dreaded day after graduating university.
- First proper job - I hope.
- Twenty-FIRST birthday - I'm running low on possible firsts...
I won't be making any resolutions because lord know I won't be sticking to them, I'll just be winging it and hoping for the best. One thing I am sure of is that I want to travel; don't know where or when, maybe I should plan something...
As well as a year of firsts it is a year of major ambiguity. After finishing university in May I have no idea where I will be - on a beach maybe...hopefully - who knows?! In the meantime, I'll be sharing this year on here and even though I'm not entirely sure of what that may entail or how long I can keep it up, I WILL be posting every week (at least) because I have a feeling that 2014 will be a good one.
